Multiple Cities: An Open Call

Multiple Cities: An Open Call

We are gearing up for our next issue of Multiple Cities and announcing an open call for ideas. The theme for the upcoming issue is ‘Arts and Culture’. Join us in April as we celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month along with thousands of other city planners and professionals attending the APA National Conference in New Orleans, the birthplace of jazz. Expect a collection of work relating to art, music, food, and fashion in cities and communities around the world. Whether arts and culture has had a positive or negative impact on your streets, transit stations, neighborhoods, community groups, or cities, we would like to share your thoughts and opinions with our readers.

Send us your early ideas on our Be A Contributor page by February 09, 2018 and we’ll be in touch to work through details in the following weeks. In this open call, we are looking for all types of contributions including ideas for written articles, maps, art/illustration, photography, or videography. Like our pilot issue, we hope to be able to exchange your ideas with other curious minds across the world. In the last month, we’ve grown readership in North America, United Kingdom, Singapore, Egypt, and Japan. We hope to engage even more readers across the globe in this coming issue.

If you know someone who may be interested in becoming a contributor for the next issue of Multiple Cities, tell us
